We use flat fees for most of our formations, so you don’t overpay for our services!  Standard LLC packages start at $400 plus filing fees.  Package includes: 1 hour consultation with the Attorney, Certificate of Formation filed with Texas Secretary of State, Company Agreement, Organization Minutes, execution at our office with copies of your file.  Organization Binder is optional for the actual price of the binder and no extra cost for us to organize.  

Bylaws, Company Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Meeting Minutes, Sales/General Resolutions and Special Meetings. 

Cindy can draft your corporate resolutions or meeting minutes or even hold on to your entity book for general upkeep throughout the year. Our entity maintenance upkeep starts at $250/year.
